A journey into music, dance, and conversation with piano virtuoso Tanja Zapolski & choreographer Tim Rushton.

Danish Dance Theatre is bringing to life a new performance format, which will blend together dance, live music and artistic director Tim Rushton’s great interest in the classic composer Frédéric Chopin.

Tim Rushton and the virtuoso classical pianist Tanja Zapolski will introduce a shared journey into the world of dance, classical music and musical history. The result will be a meeting across art forms, providing the opportunity to delve into a shared passion for the composer, his inspiration and moving pieces.

Danish Dance Theatre is an independent institution, with the Royal Opera House as a permanent base for the administration, dancers and technical staff.
