The theater card is delivered electronically in the Royal Danish Theatres app. Download the app (note! only available in Danish App Stores), and you always have your theater card at hand when you go to the theater. If you want a physical card, you must order your theater card by calling customer service on telephone 33 69 69 69 - a physical card costs DKK 100 extra. If you already have a physical card, you can continue to use it if you extend your membership.

If you have an existing theater card and you buy a new one, the expiration date is automatically extended.
