What was the first ballet you saw?
The first ballet I saw was a DVD of Don Quixote with Mikhail Baryshnikov and Cynthia Harvey. It was also the first ballet I saw live, but with Natalia Osipova and Leonid Sarafanov as the main couple.

Why did you start dancing?
I started doing ballet just for fun, because I liked it! I loved being in the studio, feeling that seriousness, discipline and the desire to get perfect every day.

Why do you think that ballet is still relevant today?
I do passionately believe in ballet, the possibilities it offers for creation, and its relevance for our time. It is a language that is spoken by so many people, and, like all languages, it is constantly transforming.

What is so special about the Royal Danish Ballet?
What I love the most about the Royal Danish Ballet is that the dancers here are really warm and embracing. It just feels so comfortable to be here, and it is a joyful working environment.

Who is your favorite pointshoe maker?
Freed of London: Fish.

Who is your roomie at the theatre?
Eukene Sagues – a funny Spanish girl with a strong spirit who is always gritty and sweet at the same time.

What is your favorite food?
I really like salmon and I find the salmon here in Denmark really good! But also once a week I love to make pizza at home.

What is your favorite holiday destination?
Anywhere where there is white sand, crystal clear sea and a lot of sun!!!

Where can we find you on a day off?
I spend some time relaxing in the sauna at the theater or maybe getting a massage from our masseur, Toni. When I have Saturday night off – and feel like I have the energy – I like to dance at the disco or a bar. Otherwise I spend time playing, cuddling or taking my cat, Thai, for a walk or chilling and gossiping with the closest friends.
