Corpus + Mandafounis = One One One

Corpus invades Copenhagen with a new performance, that meets the audience where they are.

Two dancers, two chairs, two audiences. That is the premise for the performance One One One.

In the performance One One One the dance reflects the person in the chair, and the performance starts when someone sits down. By translating the audiences feelings and reactions to movement, the Corpus dancers present a rare and powerful experience. The physical and mental engagement with the audience creates an extraordinary intimacy. None of the performances will be the same, every dance is different.
You decide if you take a seat and get a unique performance especially created for you, or if you just want to be a spectator.
The piece will be performed on various locations and uses public places as a field of experimentation.

One One One is created by the prize winning choreographer Ioannis Mandafounis.

23rd May, 12-15: Rigshospitalet

24th May, 18.30-20.30: Charlottenborg Kunsthal (gårdspladsen), CPH Art Week

25th May, kl. 12-15: Ofelia Plads v/Restauranten

9th June, 13-16: Charlottenborg Kunsthal

23rd June, 13-16: Ofelia Plads, Kvæsthusmolen

The performance is free.
